The Pega Developers' responsibilities will include:

Required Skills and Experience
6+ years of experience with Pega application development, and knowledge of the Pegasystems, Inc, platform
Extensive experience with Agile software development process/concepts
Experience with identification, elaboration and refinement of requirements
Strong understanding of and experience with Pega for case management
Some experience with user centered design for application development within the Pega platform
Proficient at design, documentation, and troubleshooting complex technical problems.
Experience with Pega as part of a large-scale implementation
Ability to design for and subsequently reuse services, capabilities, and features in Pega.
Ability to produce efficient process workflows from business requirements.
Experience in design-thinking methods, such as data-led prototyping and prioritization, project management, and Agile/iterative development
Experience ingesting large and complex sets of data and converting them into actionable data insights
Knowledge of and experience with using scaled Agile to accommodate large implementations
