Hey {NAME}, Dr. Charlie here… An odd thing happened the other day. "Piggy took a poo" is what someone was hollering from upstairs… Followed by a loud SWOOOOOSHING sound… What the?! Turns out the ancient piggy bank that my in-laws have bit the dust… As they went to move it… it’s tail busted off, change spilled everywhere and, as my father-in-law put it… "Piggy took a poo." Camryn my daughter thought it was funny: Anywho… It got me thinking about how life can feel like that sometimes. You’re going along… just trying to live your best life. To be a "good" parent, partner, sibling, co-worker, boss, community member, friend, to eat healthy, stay in shape… you know- just trying to hold it all together. And then BAM. Piggy takes a poo. For most people I work with- they neglect their body or their mind (mental health). Stress builds, their body weakens, they become less active and pain starts knocking at their door. Sound familiar? And until you do something about it… life becomes more and more boxed in. Some people ignore it… and sometimes it goes away. But does it really? Or deep down inside does it gnaw at you knowing it will be back someday soon. The stress of life on the body and mind causes many people to "blow a gasket" - forcing them to slow down and take stock of what matters most- HEALTH. But it doesn’t have to be like this. With the right tools, knowledge, and support- it’s possible to get your life (and mobility) back. If you’re someone who’s in pain… and at your wits end because you know that ignoring it OR masking it with pills, shots, or surgery won’t be the ultimate fix… and you want to heal naturally- [then click here to submit your case review and apply to see if we can help](.
