[Petit BamBou]   Hello, How have you been since our last newsletter? Last month, the Petit BamBou Team took a summer break. We left you with a compilation of meditation sessions you perhaps wouldn't have chosen to do on your own. We hope it has helped you to sow a few seeds of mindfulness, joy, and presence, or even things you might only notice later. Now, the rest is up to you! New sessions to invite mindfulness everywhere, even at work Mindfulness meditation helps foster emotional intelligence and soft skills in our daily lives, especially at work. It enhances our ability to interact effectively and harmoniously with others. It can help you to reveal the best part of yourself while caring for yourself and your colleagues. As such, here are 3 programmes that could be useful in some work situations...or elsewhere! Because even if they have been designed with work-related topics in mind, don't set yourself too many goals specifically to do with your professional life. For you can practise these meditations at work, at home or when travelling for example. - [Collective harmony]( : To support collective harmony in the workplace, understand and better care for the people you work with. - [Increasing self-awareness]( : Learning to know yourself is one key to being more authentic in your interactions with others, such as in a professional setting - [Decisions and creativity]( : A programme which, thanks to attentive listening, helps us to be more accurate in our decision-making, and cultivates our creativity. [try the programmes]( Remember that, sometimes, just a few minutes of practice can help us avoid a decision or a move that we might later regret!
