[Petit BamBou]   Hello, The author James Dent wrote, "A perfect summer day is one when the sun is shining, a gentle breeze is blowing, the birds are singing, and the lawnmower is out of order." And what could we choose to put out of order to make our days perfect? Switching off a phone, getting away from all that asphalt, taking off our shoes, or silencing that critical little dissatisfied voice in our heads for example. Turning off certain things makes room for turning on others, such as tapping into gratitude, using our five senses, or getting in touch with others, taking a fresh look at things and listening to what our body has to tell us. To get you started, [we've compiled a list of 10 sessions from our programme catalogue]( designed to take you on a journey to the heart of various practices (meditation, breathing and hypnosis). This open-access selection will remain available as a compilation until 15 August. Letting go, body awareness, sleep, even storytelling – the idea is to get you to discover or rediscover the variety of our content in a slightly different format. We hope this will help you put some things aside in favour of others! Long live things being out of order, and a wonderful season to you all!
