This also includes a new reports feature, full of helpful info to help you reach your goals! [Food Tracker] - SparkPoints, our fun motivator to reach one small goal at a time. Earn SparkPoints for anything you do. The sign-in wheel is back too! [SparkPoints] - Community Teams, your place to get support, find others with similar goals and interests, ask questions about your program and more. You can also start your own private team! - Goals, which encourage you to set, achieve, track and share your goals with the Community. It’s the perfect system for success and brings alive SparkPeople’s “one small goal at a time” mantra in a fun way! - SparkUniversity, where you’ll learn to live your healthiest and happiest life through interactive programs on a variety of topics, including our 30-day Healthy Weight Challenge. - Community Friends, which allows you to make friend requests and set up connections within the Community. - And coming soon, direct messaging will make it even easier to send private messages and form relationships with your fellow members.
