If you're running for the highest office in the land and can't handle a solo interview, that's a problem. Harris is going to have to step up and start sounding like she knows what she's talking about, but so far, it seems like she's coasting on nothing more than vibes and unicorns. Meanwhile, she's busy trying to repurpose some of Donald Trump's policies, which is just about as transparent as it gets. Let's not forget the bizarre stunt she pulled on Wednesday. Harris posted a letter from someone named "Tucker," who claimed to be "fairly conservative" and thanked her and Joe Biden for their "efforts to establish common sense gun safety laws." The letter was so obviously misleading that it almost seemed like a [parody](. Anyone with a pulse could see that the name "Tucker" was a deliberate nod to Tucker Carlson, which was clearly meant to deceive. And the content? No conservative would write a letter praising "common sense gun safety laws" in such glowing terms. It was laughable and, frankly, a bit sad. Tucker, thank you for writing to me. While we may not agree on every issue, we both know that every person in our nation should have the freedom to live safe from gun violence.
