Analyst Alex Boulden cautions readers to be careful with AI stocks, as the inevitable bubble will form and bust... but in the meantime, there are some serious profits to be had. [Outsider Club Header] Feb 06, 2023 By Alexander Boulden for the Outsider Club AI Stocks to the Moon Dear Outsider, Last year, I wrote about how AI was in the process of taking over the jobs force. But I also mentioned that it would be some time before AI was advanced enough to replace writers, editors, artists, podcasters, comedians, musicians, accountants, lawyers, coders, IT specialists, customer service reps... The list goes on. This week, however, I’m convinced that day may be just around the corner. That’s because, just like every other piece of technology, AI is evolving exponentially. And I mean fast. Just two months ago, OpenAI — the Microsoft-backed AI company — launched the latest version of its ChatGPT chatbot software. Today, it just set the record for the fastest-growing user base of all time. According to Reuters, "ChatGPT, the popular chatbot from OpenAI, is estimated to have reached 100 million monthly active users in January, just two months after launch, making it the fastest-growing consumer application in history, according to a UBS study on Wednesday." For reference, the article continues, "an average of about 13 million unique visitors had used ChatGPT per day in January, more than double the levels of December... It took TikTok about nine months after its global launch to reach 100 million users and Instagram 2.5 years.” All this has competitor Google in crisis mode. According to MSNBC, Google issued a “code red” this week. That’s because Google is absolutely terrified that ChatGPT will replace its coveted search engine. So it’s now testing two AI chat products code-named “Atlas” and “Apprentice Bard.” It's a classic tech bubble, and it's filling up fast. $6 Billion in Funding Going to a Single Company? Biden has been dishing out funding as if these are his last days on Earth. He’s handed out more than $2 trillion in funding during his first few years in office. One of his biggest goals is to develop the future of energy. Shockingly, it has nothing to do with fossil fuels OR renewables. A full $6 billion is headed to an industry dominated by one tiny Virginia-based company. A few critical patent approvals means very few others are on the shortlist. And early investors in this game-changing technology could reap a massive windfall. [You need to immediately check this one out for yourself.]( We’re very much on the cusp of a new tech frontier. So the question on everyone's mind is... How do we make money off this? Monetizing Innovation It’s the same old story: Invent something everyone wants and then create a system to monetize it. OpenAI’s latest scheme is to say that the website is at “capacity” so you have to then sign up for the ChatGPT Plus subscription service at $20 a month. Seems kind of strange that a company specializing in AI wouldn’t be able to create a website to handle all the traffic... But this is also how you know something big is happening. Whenever there’s a wait, you know someone's going to profit. Anyway, I waited all morning for access and finally got in. I asked ChatGPT if AI is going to replace jobs, and here’s what it said: AI has the potential to automate certain tasks and increase efficiency in many industries, which may result in job displacement. However, AI may also create new job opportunities and enhance existing ones, so the overall effect on employment is expected to be complex and nuanced. It's important for workers and organizations to proactively acquire new skills and adapt to changes brought by AI and technology. I couldn’t have said it better myself. Now, I’m probably not the first one to think this software is just a little creepy and that it feels like our first contact with another species. But I’m fascinated. And the entire world is captivated. Here Lies Silicon Valley, RIP If you thought the tech crash was bad... you haven’t seen anything yet. Due to a massive shortage of one rare resource that’s critical to their existence... Silicon Valley and the $5.2 trillion tech industry are facing a death sentence. And only one tiny company can save them from disappearing. [Read more about the $1 company ready to revive Big Tech.]( In terms of jobs, we shouldn’t fear this technology. If anything, it might make writing and art created by humans even more rare and therefore more valuable. And it has the potential to replace jobs that humans shouldn't be doing anyway. Maybe it’ll finally get some of us off our asses and performing more natural job functions other than sitting at a desk and staring at a screen all day. But it’s not just jobs that AI can replace... And here’s where things get really exciting. Think of AI as your personal assistant. This Is the Future We all remember Ask Jeeves, right? He was like your own personal butler for the internet. Like a good butler, he kept track of the little details that you didn’t have time for. And it’s these tiny details, the little things we take for granted, that companies have historically exploited to profit immensely. The internet turned into Google… Watching a movie turned into Netflix... Driving turned into Tesla... AI will turn into a chatbot that lives beside each and every one of us, just as we have our phones today, and we’re going to love it. Biden’s Spending “Blitz” Set to Launch $5 EV Firm Over $9 billion in federal cash is set to rain down on one overlooked sector of the EV market... And this flood of government capital could send one $5 stock soaring in short order. This could be the biggest EV story of our lifetime. [Learn about the shocking EV company nobody’s talking about.]( We probably won’t even need phones at the rate AI is expanding. Just look at these two AI companies since the beginning of the year... BigBear.ai (NYSE: BBAI) is up more than 500%! [AI] C3.ai (NYSE: AI) is up 140%! [AI] These two stocks alone have just created millionaires overnight. Of course, we’ve got to be careful with AI stocks, as the inevitable bubble will form and bust. But in the meantime, there are some serious profits to be had. I don’t know about you, but I’m all-in on AI. Of course, this is where the record comes to a screeching halt. How is the U.S. going to power all these supercomputers running AI software? Easy — with this [groundbreaking energy-storage device.]( It’s the future of global energy, and it's finally being built here in the U.S. [This device could help us power the AI revolution.]( It's only a matter of time, but time is quickly running out...
