Pit Stop [fstp, logo, header] Small, Unknown Market Pattern with 96% Likelihood Generating 20% Profit Every 2 Weeks [Click Here To Learn More]( [ag views, logo, header] VIX tickles Zone 2  I guess the market was good with the Pres Debate and the CPI number was hot but not too hot. CPI is down to year over year but would like to see a bit more month over month. Who cares! SPX was down over 1.5% today to finish up near 1%!!!! Traders have decided they are going to get the rate cut of .25% and the soft landing is underway. Traders are killing the VIX pressing IV into Zone 2 for the 1st time in a week. [ded] All time highs are just 2 days away at a 17.92 VIX!!!!!  14.92 was the Jul30 low and we have not been in Zone 2 for the month of September so this is a big VIX markdown. For now, you cannot kill this market. I did lean a little long in Weekly Profits Cycles today. Let’s see how it goes. - AG  [logo, pit profits] Want to find YOUR winning fit? I love it even more when I am in the rooms with you hearing your wins, ideas, and helping make trades. Although not a trader when I started - I am so close to it now that I can’t help but feel like I’m one of you. Yesterday… I joined Andrew in our Weekly Profit Cycles room to go over how to “Make Your First Trade”. We’ve had close to 100 people join Andrew in the recent weeks and I want to make sure they’re able to take advantage of the system as easily as possible. And I’ve been doing this for long enough to realize that the FIRST TRADE is the most important. I am pushing the guys to do the same thing on the Ticker Show on Monday. You can add that to your calendar below Add events to calendar [Apple]( [Google]( [Outlook]( [Outlook.com]( [Office 365]( [Yahoo]( We’re going to be breaking down exactly how to do the first trade for people NOT in this service. The perma-bulls prefer to suggest those lights are lights at the end of the tunnel … However, as we will see today the light at the end of the tunnel may be an oncoming train with little hope of avoiding a crash. Here are just a couple of the signals that are most telling of economic disaster on the horizon: - The yield curve steepening—meaning short-term interest rates decreasing at a faster rate than long-term interest rates, an event currently unfolding across global markets.            - Rapidly falling commodity prices and deteriorating economic data has many experts sounding the alarm bells that a hard economic landing is inevitable. With China already suffering from a "hard landing," and the US steepening yield curve signaling trouble ahead … [see below for what’s ahead …]( - Bill --------------------------------------------------------------- Never miss an edition of Bill Griffo's Power Income Newsletter ever again. [Click this link to sign up!](  [fpip] The Harami Candle: A Change in Trend Hi Shoppers, Today in my live session of Option Shopper, we call it our Shopping Spree, I talked about the Japanese candlestick pattern Harami. BTW we meet every Tuesday and find all kinds of good trade ideas. Call Ted to join us 888-872-3301. The Harami pattern takes two candles to form. The first candle is a very large long real body (the colored part of the candle). The second candle is an inside day, trading within that large real body of the previous day. Harami in Japanese means pregnant and as you can see it looks like a pregnant candle: [FPIP] This pattern tells us “hold on this trend isn’t so strong”. It signals that the other side has come back with a vengeance and there could possibly be a change in the current trend. All it takes is that uncertainty in the market to turn a trend around and reverse it. Both the S&P 500 and the QQQ have this pattern but they didn’t have a strong confirmation today probably due to the announcement of CPI this morning. Hey Influence Traders, Great news! Congress is back! They return from recess just in time to orchestrate a potential government shutdown. The clock is ticking on this month’s shutdown deadline. In the fight for the White House, Harris is up in the polls against Trump, but they are tightening. Their first, and potentially only, debate is happening tonight. Let’s Get Ready to Mumble … I mean Rumble! The prime-time circus will take place in the City of Brotherly Love at 9pm EST. The debate could be a pivotal moment for one or both candidates. The clash will take place in Philadelphia on Tuesday, hosted by ABC News and moderated by David Muir and Linsey Davis. Trump’s last debate led to Biden exiting the race. Will this one be that exciting? It could have been, but the last-minute decision was made to mute microphones for non-speakers. No Fun! We can only hope for some gaffes, misstatements, and clashes from the candidates. Perhaps we will also learn a thing or two about policy. Perhaps. Let’s look at a couple of debate day buying opportunities … one for each candidate.
