[logo, fvix, header,] Below is a message from our Director of New Trading Opportunities, Hannah Selner - all about today's UVXY short trade and how you can still get in on this 100% opportunity. Hey Trader, Hannah here. If you don’t know me - I run quality control on all of Option Pit’s products and act as an advocate for our customers - you! - to make sure you get the best quality service in the entire industry. This is me in the pink with Mark and Voz at Option Pit’s conference last year: [hannah conf] Today was a very exciting day for some of Option Pit’s finest options traders, which means it was an exciting day for me! We put on a much anticipated UVXY short trade with a 100% profit target over the next 2-4 months. We had the biggest turnout EVER in our private trading room for today’s trade with over 200 paying members, and I wasn’t surprised one bit. The anticipation for this trade has been huge, and even put ANDREW HIMSELF in a good mood, which is basically unheard of. Here was my UVXY order (all details blacked out, of course, the exact trade is only for [paying members of 0DTE](): [hannah order]This UVXY trade is as close as it gets to a guarantee, and I don’t throw around that word lightly. In fact, we normally AVOID it. Very rarely in trading is something a “guarantee”... But when a volatility asset (UVXY) is built on top of a product (VIX) that’s constantly losing value… guaranteed is what you get. Think about it like the ocean encroaching on California’s coast. You can put up barriers, you can reinforce houses, but no matter what you try to do to stave it off… it’s coming. Over the last 5 days, market volatility created the perfect environment for today’s UVXY short in 2 ways. First, The Volatility “Flip” The volatility curve flipped from “backwardation” to “contango” - which is a whole lot of trader talk for: UVXY went from temporarily GAINING value (backwardation) to LOSING value (contango). Mark and Andrew talk about this ALL the time, it’s important you learn what trading environments are most advantageous in both backwardation and contango scenarios - more on that soon. Here’s what it looked like on the vol curve. Backwardation = [uvxy few days ago]Contango = [uvxy now] See the difference? Blue line is the futures curve. Green line is the VIX. In backwardation, the blue line is below the green line. Contango, blue line is above the green line. In order for the UVXY trade to make us money, we needed a CONTANGO market environment. We hit that today - our first criteria. Second, UVXY Translates Vol Curve into 11% Drop Entering contango is all well and good… But we needed to see that flip actually translate to a loss in value of UVXY. Five days ago, UVXY topped out around $41. Since then, it’s dropped all the way to below $34, almost an 11% drop in just a few days. We hit our second market criteria. And that’s why we put on today’s UVXY short trade - with 100% profit targets in the next 2-4 months. Now, if you weren’t with us today - why am I telling you all this? Because the trade is still good. You can still enter this position at the prices we want - you just have to be a member of 0DTE. When you join 0DTE, not only are you going to get access to today’s UVXY Trade Alert, but you’re going to get access to $1,499 other premiums for barely ⅓ of that pricetag.
