[Oil and Energy Investor with Dr. Kent Moors] May 12, 2019 Dear Oil & Energy Investor, Much of the geopolitical related news I discuss in Oil & Energy Investor tends to be from the oil-rich countries. These are places like Venezuela (home to the largest oil field in the world, despite all its problems), Iran, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, or Russia. And recently, those have been the main areas that have been making headlines, and the ones that I've been focusing on, particularly last week, when I was on conference calls with my global network of contacts. However, on Thursday, another country that's been keeping suspiciously quiet burst back into the geopolitical scene. And I do mean, burst. On May 9, North Korea launched two short-range missiles toward the East Sea (otherwise known as the Sea of Japan). South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff commented on this development, "The U.S. and South Korean intelligence authority is conducting analysis for additional information. Our military has currently heightened its surveillance and alertness against possible additional launches, whilst maintaining combat readiness in close coordination with the U.S." For me, this only serves to heighten the uneasy geopolitical atmosphere that we're currently experiencing. Venezuela is hanging on by a thread... Russia is supporting disputed Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro... Iranian sanctions are doing nothing to endear the U.S. to its citizens... Inter-sectarian politics in Iraq are coming to a head... And China is becoming [more and more aggressive]( toward the U.S. Navy ships in the South China Sea. Not that the Chinese are stopping just at making aggressive moves with their warships in the area. No, they have something [much more sinister]( up their sleeves. To the tune of a violently deadly missile aimed right at U.S. ships. No one can say that my job doesn't have its interesting moments. But these days, one cannot predict where [these geopolitical tensions]( are leading us. [Energy Advantage] [After Some Movements In the Market, It's Time to Make a Move on This Pick]( Action Alert: The recent volatility in the oil and natural gas sector is not likely to be tempered by Trump's latest tweet announcing he will add another 25% in tariffs on about $200 billion in imports from China. As a result, oil prices will be under pressure in the short term. We have seen the effects of this in the Energy Advantage Model Portfolio, [and here's what I told my readers to do...]( [The Situation Room: Oil Problems All Over the World - Except Us]( I've been in constant contact with my global network on the recent geopolitical goings on for the last week or so. These are places like Venezuela, Moscow, Iraq, and Iran. But it's not just geopolitics that have my ears perked up; the energy situations in all these places are proving to be quite interesting for the global picture. [Here's what I told my Energy Advantage readers about it...]( [The Energy Inner Circle] [Over 20 companies are vying for partnership in this tiny startup]( We're in the midst of an absolute FEEDING FRENZY that could trigger the start of a 59,845% sales surge - virtually overnight. Right now, over 20 well-funded companies are aggressively vying for a partnership in [a tiny $2 million startup](... and you have a chance to beat them to the punch. [Details here](... [Take a Double-Digit Profit on This Portfolio Position]( Action Alert: Sometimes, the market tends to overreact to certain news from certain companies. That is the case we had with the Energy Inner Circle Model Portfolio. [Here's what I told my readers to do...]( [Micro Energy Trader] [Earnings Season Report on This Energy Technology Company]( It's earnings season, and that means the spotlight is on full blast. I've been keeping a close eye on the reports for the positions in the Micro Energy Trader Model Portfolio, and today, I'd like to focus on one of them. We saw a fairly optimistic earnings report, and any downturn in the pick is likely to be a [simple bump in the road](. [One Sale to Make]( Action Alert: Never let it be said that this market is stoic. I issued an analysis of this Micro Energy Trader Model Portfolio member, and I'm still of the opinion that this stock is still a solid move going forward. The market, on the other hand, doesn't agree. However, you can be assured that we're likely to see some upward movement in this pick in the near future. [In the meantime, here's what I told my readers to do](. --------------------------------------------------------------- If you're already a member of these services, make sure you haven't missed any of these crucial email alerts.
