Send a message today that we'll keep working until we have fair districts and fair elections in every state nationwide. [All On The Line] {NAME} -- Here's a headline from Monday I wanted to make sure you saw: [ Jim Jordan -- the Tea Party leader from Ohio's 4th District, one of the most gerrymandered in the country -- is leading the charge. He's upset because Democrats control the House -- and for the first time in years, they're able to use that majority to shine a light on all of the ways, big and small, folks like him have tried to stop citizens from having their votes count. [All On The Line is playing a pivotal role to help make our elections fair. Send a message to Jim Jordan and chip in to support our work today.](/) Looking at the past few elections, it's easy to see how broken our system can be: - In Wisconsin (2016): A bogus voter ID law suppressed an estimated 200,000 votes ... in a state that Trump won by 22,748. - In North Carolina (2018): Blatant Republican gerrymandering in the 2018 midterms meant Democrats won 48% of the state's votes ... but only 3 of 13 congressional seats. - In Georgia (2018): Gov. Brian Kemp won last year's gubernatorial election by purging the state's voter rolls, closing polling places, and "overseeing" a race that he himself took part in. Three examples in a country full of them, {NAME}. But here's the good news: We have momentum on our side. A House majority that pledges to look into unfair, undemocratic voter suppression is just the beginning. With the work done by All On The Line supporters nationwide, we're going to make big strides to protect voting rights, strengthen our elections, and combat gerrymandering. Folks like Jim Jordan won't be happy -- and that's the point. Chip in today to tell Rep. Jordan and his fellow Tea Partiers: We won't stop until we have fair districts and fair elections in every state nationwide.
