Seven law enforcement officers and three hospital employees were charged with second-degree murder in the death of a Black man at a state psychiatric hospital last week. The county attorney said videos show that [seven deputies held him on the ground]( for some 12 minutes before he died. "They smothered him to death," she said. ➡️ Attorney Ben Crump, who is representing the man's family, said: "Why would anybody not have enough common sense to say, [we’ve seen this movie before]( In a new twist in the story of banks on the brink, the biggest lenders in the U.S. stepped in to rescue First Republic Bank.
