It's no wonder my body gets exhausted, {NAME}, My mind pulls it around by the ears, like a rambunctious toddler dragging his favorite Pooh-bear through all the rides at the amusement park. Despite that, I wouldn’t have it any other way. I like the way my brain works. It helps me see opportunities where others do not. And it really helped me pivot into the estate planning realm 15 months ago when I was slapped with the “writing on the wall” about loan signings. Sh*t got real. Then it picked up again. Then it slowed down. Then it picked up. Now it’s slowing down again. It’s the loan signing yo-yo. But in early December 2021, I started getting serious about living trust presentations and the value we, as mobile notaries, could bring to estate planning professionals. That required me to delve deep into the industry to get a better look at the opportunity at-hand. I dove into the numbers. I did the math. I calculated the odds. And it all penciled out, which is why I took massive action in my own personal signings (yes, I’m still a working notary!). I got crystal clear on who I wanted to work with and why, and then set about reaching out to those clients I thought might be ideal for me. And with clarity, comes clients. Through three months of outreach, I landed four NEW estate planning attorney clients that saw my value enough to pay $250-$400 per trust delivery appointment, and had enough volume to ensure an extra $2,000 in weekly revenue as a trust delivery agent. Like I said, the math panned out for me. Now it’s time to “show my work.” My live talk at the Philly Social September 29-October 1 is “Landing the Client: What I learned Marketing to 98 Estate Planning Attorneys” and I’d love for you to join me there. I’m going to share my process that will make you seriously question if there really is a method to the madness(lol). I’m going to share the numbers that got me excited in the first place, plus how I chose which attorneys to reach out to, what I said in my messages, and what they said in return. I'll share with you what worked, and what didn't. Then I am going to share my top ten lessons and tips I learned having so many conversations with estate planning attorneys over 90ish days. But I learned a lot more than ten things, so I’ll also hand out a free report of the rest of those lessons too. I’m currently at 25 lessons... and counting. Can you come to Philadelphia? Especially if you’re on the east coast, you don’t want to miss this. I mean, I’m only one of twenty or so presenters, so this Philly Social is packed with value. And even if estate planning appointments are not on your radar yet, the other speakers are on point with relevant topics for today’s market environment. The price for the full conference package is just $269. Judi and Amy have a host hotel with discounted rates. We have buses for fun trips around Philly for sightseeing together. Plus, there are smaller options available if you just want a day pass, or if you have someone joining you just for the fun stuff. [Learn more and reserve your spot here]( This is one of those “top five” notary events you won’t want to miss each year. I hope to see you there, and give you a glimpse into the (terrifying) inner workings of my mind, and share the tips and lessons that have spawned a whole new direction for my entire business enterprise. Have a great weekend!
