Morning {NAME}, Reminder: Free training today about living trust presentations. On Zoom. Replay to those who register. Register with the link below. Want more info? Read on about the dreams of some of the attorneys I'm working with. [Register for today's 2pm PT training on Zoom]( I recently had a meeting with an attorney credited with having one of the largest estate planning firms in the country. They close about 300 living trusts every month and use a mobile notary on each one. And guess what... They plan to more than triple their business by next year to over 1,000 per month. I'm working with a few other firms with similar aspirations. In fact, there's a little over 200,000 estate planning attorneys in the country, all vying for 100 million+ potential customers that need an estate plan but don't have one...yet. The time is ripe. In the post-pandemic era, more Americans have estate planning on their mind. That, combined with a new appreciation of time, creating the convenience economy, more people than ever are willing to pay for mobile services so they're not fighting traffic or taking time off of work or away from their families. And the legal industry is repsonding. More and more law firms have either gone virtually themselves, thereby requiring boots-on-the-ground notaries to assist in their trust presentations and execution. Or, they at least give their clients what they want-a convenient transaction. No more marbled lobbies or plush leather furniture. No more overhead. The avant-garde attorney is work side-by-side with well-trained and competent notaries to help more people and grow their practice. They're passionate about the difference they can make in their client's lives, and they know the right notary can double, or even triple, the impact they can make. That's part of the reason these living trust presentations are so lucrative. It's not simply sign, date, and stamp a few pieces of paper. You're an extension of a brand. Similar to what you do as a loan signing agent, your bundle of services in these appointments include: - Presenting documents with brief descriptions - Gathering signatures - Notarizing - Quality assurance And for those bundle of services, compensation often rivals that of fair, escrow-direct, loan signing appointments. The average full living trust presentation can pay between $100-$200 (some less, some more- a lot more). Living trust presentations can replace your loan signing income...and then some. Today, at 2pm Pacific time, now that's 5pm Eastern time, me, Laura Biewer, and Jen Neitzel are leading a FREE training called, The Next Big Boom for Notaries: Living Trust Presentations, and you're invited. [Register for free training here]( It's better to be there live on Zoom with us, but if you can't make it, don't worry, I'll be recording and will share the replay only with those who registered. Here's exactly what we'll be covering in the webinar today: - What living trust presentations are & why they deserve your attention right now - Similarities and differences with loan signing appointments - Why these appointments are so lucrative - Where to find customers and clients - How to stand out & deepify attorney relationships This is a free opportunity to regain hope for the future of your mobile notary business. A future free from the reliance on mortgage interest rates and the housing market. Can you spare an hour for your future? I hope to see you there, Bill  [Unsubscribe]( | Sent by NotaryCoach.com 18631 N. 19th Ave, Suite 158-150 • Phoenix, AZ • 85027
