Hey {NAME}, I hear it all the time... When do I follow up? What should I say? This depends on the situation, of course. But, if you're prospecting/marketing like you should... The you can follow THIS rhythm (It works for me when marketing to estate planning attorneys): - Send your initial cold/warm/luke-warm message. - Your first follow up should be THREE days later (if you don't hear back) - If you still get NO response, send a message ONE WEEK after your first message. - Them if you still don't hear anything back, send another message four days from that last one. Get it? 3-7-4. First follow up in 3 days... then another 7 days from the first message... Then another 4 days from the last one. You should get a response. But if you don't... Don't take it personally! Re-evaluate. Try again in three, six, or nine months. Just don't quit! Hope this helps! Remember, I'm on a mission to help you serve more clients, make more money, and build a business that thrives no matter what. 94% of your competition is quitting after the fourth attempt to contact a new client. But get this... 60% of sales or hires come after the fourth call. Stay. In. Touch. Keep going! To your prosperity, Bill PS- I have two training opportunities for you this week! Tomorrow, FREE apostille training: [Register here]( And, on Friday, the NNA is hosting Laura, Jen, and I for the Fall Success Summit.
