We've just started the final quarter of 2024, {NAME}. 2025 will be here before you know it, and January 1 is the deadline to report beneficial ownership information under the Corporate Transparency Act. If you are a notary entrepreneur operating with a registered LLC, C-Corp, S-Corp, or partnership, there's a very good chance you'll need to report by January 1 or face fines. Reporting is pretty straightforward, easy to do online, and completely free. I wrote an article to walk you through it. [How to comply with the Corporate Transparency Act]( I'm not a lawyer, and this is not legal advice. This is a public service announcement. In the article, I also offer links to the government sites so you can do your own research too. When you read the article, you'll see that for most of you, who operate as a sole proprietor, with no registered entity, will not be required to report. It's worth the read to be sure. Wishing you great success, Bill PS- On Monday, October 7, I'm running my FREE Six Step Attorney Prospecting Plan for Notaries training at 5:00pm Pacific time (That's 8:00pm Eastern). [Register for FREE Training]( In this training, you will: - Learn more about the overall trust delivery opportunity and why it's so important to take massive action RIGHT NOW. - Determine for yourself which attorneys are your IDEAL clients and exactly how to describe them (I'll show you an example of my own description). - Learn how to create your own attorney prospecting list. - Schedule your prospecting activity on your personal calendar. - Know exactly what to say when you start reaching out to attorneys and which methods and platforms might work best (I'll give you two examples you can copy). - Receive the follow-up rhythm that worked best for me, AND I'll give you THREE follow-up emails that got results. If you're ready to get serious about obtaining direct attorney clients, this training will help. [Register here]( *If you are a Certified Notary Trust Delivery Agent or a member of Notary Business Builder (NBB), you have access to this training already in your course material and in the NBB Replay Archive. Simply search 'Six Step' to find it.  [Unsubscribe]( | Sent by NotaryCoach.com 1415 Commercial Avenue, #237 • Anacortes, WA • 98221

Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
