{NAME}, Greetings from Los Angeles! I'm here for the week to see Taylor Swift ([photos can be found here]()) and visit friends. But today, I'm going to play tourist. I haven't really seen the city during my last couple of visits so I'm eager to put on my tourist hat and see some new stuff. As I was planning this current visit to LA, a realization dawned on me: the more I visit places, the more I end up in a sort of bland routine. I do some work, go to the gym, see as many friends as I can, and maybe do one activity. I don't really take advantage of being in a place and seeing new attractions, seeing museums, exploring, or trying new restaurants. I basically just chill with friends. Which is fine in its own way, but, as Paulo Coelho said, routines can be deadly. The traveler in me wants to do more though. There's always something new to see. My bad habit has been being less adventurous in places I've been to before. But that's about to change. Maybe it's a new (relearned?) perspective after [my recent quarantine](. Either way, something has shifted in me. It's time to break this bad habit and bring the same "let's go explore" mentality I take to new destinations to old destinations too. LATEST COMMUNITY UPDATES 1. WRITE DOWN ALL YOUR MEMORIES!
