Nomadic Matt's Travel Tuesday

{NAME}, Greetings from San Cristóbal de las Casas! It's a town in the southern state of Chiapas near the border of Guatemala. It's my final stop before I head.....home. I know last week I said I was going to Guatemala, but with [TravelCon]( moving into the production phase, the upcoming launch of our tours, a new consulting gig, and general work stuff, I just can't balance work and travel. The whole digital nomad / remote work thing only works when you can travel slow. That way you can have enough energy for both work and travel. Otherwise, you'll move too fast and both will suffer (and your stress levels will skyrocket). [I've written about it before](. It's not a fun way to travel (or work) and I have no desire to see a new destination from behind my computer screen. So Guatemala will have to wait. Last week, I teased some major life news.
