{NAME}, Good morning from Austin! I hope you're doing great. Over the past week, I watched The Queen's Gambit on Netflix. If you haven't watched it yet, you must. It's phenomenal. It's the story of an orphan girl who becomes a chess grandmaster while overcoming addiction and depression. It's the best thing I've watched all year. (The lead actress is fantastic. I suspect this becomes her breakout role!) While the story sounds depressing, I found the series inspirational and moving. At its core, I think it is a powerful message of hope and redemption. It really hit home what I said last week: it's never too late to be who you might have been. I also really loved the emphasis on the importance of friendship and having positive influences in your life. They say we are the average of our five closest friends and this series made me appreciate the fact that my closest are good people and how blessed I am for that. The series is only seven episodes and you can binge it in a few days. I highly recommend it. It was the highlight of my week! Finally, if you want lots of photos, Q&As, and stories, [come join me on Instagram.]( I posted more last week than I did in the previous month and am rediscovering how much I love the platform.
