= = {NAME}, One thing I've learned is that travel won't solve all your problems but, away from your triggers, travel can help you reset. Before I left for Europe, I was starting to go out too often, sleeping less, and falling into some general bad habits. This trip became my reset. I spent a lot of time hiking, reading, and going to bed early. I did about 90% of the trip by myself and used that time to focus on myself, nature, and books. Coming back to NYC, I've filled my fall with new social activities designed to meet new people, be more physically active, and take in all the great museums and art of the city. My goal is to keep my new routine going. My big project for the fall is to finish the edits and put together a book tour for the release of my next book. I've updated my book, How to Travel the World on $50 a Day, for a post-pandemic world. I rewrote about 75% of the content (so much changed!) and, because of inflation, I also increased the daily budget needed. (I'm going to keep the new number a surprise for now.) The book comes out in March 2025 and you'll be hearing a lot more about it in the coming months! And, finally, as a side note, I've been posting a lot of reels about Europe on Instagram so [be sure to follow me there for updates](=). UPCOMING WEBINARS [How to Succeed as a Digital Nomad](=)- In this detailed webinar, I'll break down how I work and travel so that you can learn from my mistakes, optimize your workflow, and make the most of your time abroad. The webinar is on Tuesday, September 17th at 12pm ET. In this webinar, I'll be going into detail about my biz card strategy, how I maximize points, and my favorite cards. The webinar is on Sunday, September 29th at 7pm ET. [You can sign up here](). [Everything You Need to Know About Annual Travel Insurance]() - Since annual travel insurance coverage is one of our most asked about topics in our webinars, we’ve partnered with [World Nomads]( to help shed light on this important topic. They'll be joining us to share everything you need to know about annual travel insurance! The event is on October 29th at 12pm ET. [You can sign up here](). TNN hosts [a few events monthly]( geared toward connecting travelers to people and resources that get them traveling differently, better, and more often. These events will still be pay-what-you-can to allow for as many people to access them as possible. And they're launching tours next year! [In 2025, they've got epic trips scheduled for India, Vietnam, Greece, Peru, and Morocco](). These tours are centered around traveling with like-minded travelers and prioritize hands-on cultural experiences and special, local interactions. Additionally, they’ll have an option for adding a carbon offset and TNN's new leader Lisa will be on every tour herself! NEWS & STORIES FROM AROUND THE WEB 1. [The Rules for Traveling to Europe Are About to Change]() - Here's everything you need to know about the upcoming changes to visiting Europe. 2. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
