and we are equally tired of talking about him, but the news isn't stacking up well. [Continue reading.]( --------------------------------------------------------------- {NAME}, I know you're tired of hearing about Trump. We are equally tired of talking about him. We'd love nothing more than to flip the page on the Trump era in America but, unfortunately, it is not up to us.  The polling at this point has become indisputable. Trump now leads the GOP Presidential primary by such a large margin that it is hard to rationalize any scenario in which he is not the GOP nominee for President in 2024. So what does that mean? A couple of things; first, the No Labels threat is a real one. They are in discussions with potential candidates, most notably West Virginia "Democrat" Joe Manchin. The threat at hand. No Labels is well funded and well connected. There are conversations being had in boardrooms across the country, and likely across the world, inside corporations who don't want to be connected to Trump but also don't want to pay their fair share in taxes.  Here is the dirty little secret: they can't stand Trump, but if they had to choose between preserving America's Democracy and saving billions of dollars in tax loopholes, guess which option the rich and powerful would choose? Another factor that we have been monitoring very closely is GOP messaging, as it becomes inevitable that Trump is their nominee. MAGA Republican media is attempting to rewrite history. Here are just some taglines being floated around: - "Jan 6th wasn't what it looked like." - "Biden has weaponized the DOJ." - "This is another witch hunt. Trump did not mean for anyone to actually invade the Capitol." - "But, Hunter Biden..." GOP strategists keep throwing around these talking points to see what sticks, and once they figure out their messaging, they will be relentless. Those ads will run 24/7 across cable tv, satellite radio, and social media. This is their playbook; we know it, and we've seen it play out already. How we're fighting back... This is where No Dem Left Behind comes in. Our focus is rural America and reaching folks who otherwise wouldn't hear from our side. We need to remind these folks that January 6th did happen and that Trump was responsible for a domestic terrorist attack on our nation's Capitol.  Furthermore, that our nation is in strong hands right now with President Biden at the helm. Unemployment is at record lows, Bidenomics is working, and new infrastructure projects are underway across the country, including in rural areas. By the way, that brand new road that's going into your town, your MAGA Republican representative voted against it. [We can get behind these winning issues to lead Democrats to victory in 2024.
