We human beings have a tough time keeping our minds in the present moment.  And whenever we face a difficult challenge, the problem is compounded because we struggle to [get our minds to move so we can find better ways to solve our problem.](  Take the case of a group of people who were complaining about the “slowness of the lifts” in their office. It turned into a real sore point for the staff.  The CEO called the head of facilities and told him in no uncertain terms:  “Solve this problem!”  Three days later, the facilities manager came back to report:  “I can speed up the lifts by 200% but it will cost $140,000!"  "Oh, there will be major disruption to the building for a week because we need to get a crane set up on the roof to lift a new winch system.”  The CEO’s jaw hit the floor.  Then his CFO, who was an avid student of human behaviour, came up with [a genius idea.](  “Put mirrors around the entrance of the lifts and inside the lift cars.”  Overnight the problem vanished.  What happened?  Well, the staff now spent so much time looking at themselves in the mirrors - no one complained anymore!  This story is a good example of how, by learning to shift the labels we give our problems, we can literally make them disappear.  Not by ignoring them, but by choosing to shift our attention so something better becomes possible.  I estimate that less than 5% of NLPers have mastered this life-transforming skill.  They never learned how to ‘operationlise NLP’ from the inside out.  So they are bashed about by troubling events in their life.  And struggle to improve their situation.  Thankfully, you don’t have to experience the same thing.  [>> Watch the video](  … to learn a powerful strategy to transform problems.  (Your own or others.)  There are a handful of moves you can model to instantly change the way you think and feel.  Enjoy, Tom  P.S. This is quite a personal video from Michael Breen.  When he was a child, the doctors worried he may have been disabled. He didn't crawl, he didn't smile, he didn't respond to human interaction. That’s what forced him to [learn this powerful method]( to improve his situation.    NLP Times, Real NLP Skills For The Real World [Unsubscribe]( | [Edit your details]( D&T New Media Limited Office E, 25th Floor, King Palace Plaza Kwun Tong Kowloon Hong Kong [Powered By Kartra] - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
