Hey Tristan,  What’s a goal that is too big for you to achieve?  For some, it’s getting a new job. For others, it is starting their own business. For many others, it’s reaching 7 figures in income.  Where have you placed a hard limit on your potential, Tristan?  Don’t get me wrong, limits have their place, but each one of us is capable of far more than we realise.  So what gets in our way?  The simple answer: Our minds.  The mind is a tool which, left untrained, WILL mess with each one of us.  In a blink of an eye, it can trick us dozens of times. In fact, it does this countless times every single day. It just happens so fast, most of us never realise it. Never see it. Don’t notice the tricks it plays.  If only there was a way to slow the mind down and put a spotlight on it, so you could see how your mind is tricking you.  There is, as I’ll share in an upcoming mail.  The truth is, most people go their whole life without ever discovering how their mind literally creates their reality. They never learn how to train their mind to FILTER the world in more useful ways.  They believe their mind IS a direct view of the world. I used to believe the same thing myself. But nothing could be further from the truth.  And this subtle belief that we are seeing what is ‘out there’ stops us from seeing the obvious, the brilliant, noticing new possibilities that would enrich our lives.  "Reality", as Einstein said, “is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one.” You can learn to bend what you think of as reality, when you know how the inner machine works.  [Watch David Goggins reveal how quickly your mind tricks you.](  In this video, David points out one of the biggest mistakes that people make that leads them to an unhappy life, before revealing how he breaks the spell for himself.  Watch it and discover why there are no special people, there are simply special minds...  You can develop a special mind too.  Thankfully, it doesn’t require lots of extraordinary challenges or breaking through barriers to pain. There is an easier way that can also make you a lot smarter.  Talk soon, Tom    NLP Times, Real NLP Skills For The Real World [Unsubscribe]( | [Edit your details]( D&T New Media Limited Office E, 25th Floor, King Palace Plaza Kwun Tong Kowloon Hong Kong [Powered By Kartra] - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -

Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
