As you know, the last few years have been a curveball for the bankruptcy industry. It has become increasingly more challenging to predict filing trends in a time of inconsistency. To better anticipate revenue, we are shifting to a full subscription-based model. This allows us to predict and better plan quarterly feature releases, product improvements, development overhauls, and possible staffing changes and to continue our mission of providing efficient, intuitive, and affordable software to better serve you and your clients. Annual Users: What does this mean for you? Nothing! As an annual NextChapter user, you are grandfathered into your current pricing. You might notice that lower tiers are available if you're filing less frequently. However, the existing Pro Plan will transition to a more basic model, and you will lose some features if you switch to a cheaper plan. You can only maintain your grandfathered status on your current plan as long as it remains active. Start Users: What does this mean for you? We will be offering numerous additional pricing tiers based on how many cases you file per year. If your business picks up in the middle of your subscription, you can easily upgrade to the next tier by paying the difference. Pricing will start at $159 for 1-4 case filings per year with middle-tier pricing available until you get to 12+ cases.
