So the scanning params are: - Minimum trade amount: $1,000,000. We need big guys making big buys. - Scan depth: Last 2 weeks. Accumulating for 14 days is enough for big move to start happen. - Minimum number of filings: 4. Someone is trying to hide buys making separate trades and filings. - Filing delay: 1 day. IMPORTANT. No delay in real buy and filing means that they are getting ready for the announcements, news, releases that is going to impact market real hard.
