they are spending more than 11% of what they raised last quarter on defending themselves from our lawsuit. this will be the straw that breaks the camels back and ends her career once and for all. {NAME},  Over the past seven months we have been engaged in a protracted legal battle against Lauren Boebert.  The case stems from our 2022 release of fact-based reporting on Lauren Boebert's financial misdeeds, criminal past, and improprieties in her personal life which called into question her so-called ‘traditional conservative values’ and fitness for office.  The investigative research we released went viral as the media and concerned voters began to share and amplify our stories. Boebert didn’t take this lightly, and went on a right wing media tour appearing on programs like Sean Hannity and Tomi Lahren's fake news shows, calling us liars and defaming us by saying that all of our info was fake—even threatening our donors with an unprecedented frivolous lawsuit.  While Boebert’s lawsuit never materialized, ours did - and the fact that it has gotten to this point (the judge recently denied Boebert’s motion to suppress discovery), is testament to the merit of the suit and the fact that Boebert clearly has a lot to hide.  Want to know how serious they are taking this lawsuit? Just look at how much Boebert’s campaign has paid one of Colorado’s preeminent right-wing law firms, Nussbaum Gleason PLLC, who are defending her in the case: Payments from the Boebert campaign to the law firm representing her in our suit.  The lawsuit has barely even made it out of its initial procedural hearings, and yet Boebert has been forced to pay out over $60,312 to her lawyers.  As more and more donors pull out of her lost cause campaign, Boebert’s fundraising numbers are plummeting. Whereas in previous quarters she had been raising in the millions, this most recent quarter Q4 2023 showed her campaign bringing in a meager $540,000. This means that she spent a whopping 11% of everything she raised last quarter on defending herself from our lawsuit.  Any lawyer worth their salt will tell you that the fees only get bigger as you get closer to trial and considering how far out we are from that and how much they have already spent, this case has the potential to drain massive resources from Boebert’s campaign, imperiling her chances at reelection.  As the Hemingway quote goes, “you go bankrupt gradually…and then all at once.” So while the Boebert campaign gradually drifts into collapse, we will push harder and more quickly with our suit to move her to the all at once phase that ends her embarrassing career once and for all.  [Every dollar Boebert has to spend on defending herself from our legal team is a dollar she can’t spend on reaching voters in her new district. As we get closer to going to trial we too will need to increase our resources so that we can maintain our upper hand and momentum. Can you chip in $25 or whatever you can spare to help us collapse Boebert’s campaign all at once?](  [CONTRIBUTE $10]( [CONTRIBUTE $25]( [CONTRIBUTE $100]( [CONTRIBUTE $15]( [CONTRIBUTE $50]( [CONTRIBUTE $250]( [Multiply your impact with a monthly contribution]( or [make a donation via PayPal]( Boebert’s campaign is teetering on the brink and our efforts will be what pushes it off of the edge.
