Hi {NAME} Welcome to MSP Friday Flywheel, my weekly email to get your marketing wheel turning and make it go faster. Paul's musings: Give your technicians a pizza party Came up with this idea with an MSP Marketing Edge member: Wherever your staff are working, have a pizza party next week. 1) Find out everyone's pizza of choice 2) Arrange a day and time when everyone can down tools for an hour. Divert the phones if you can 3) Try to make sure all the pizzas reach their homes and your office at around the same time (you're buying the pizzas) 4) Get everyone on a Teams / Zoom call during this hour. There's no work to be done or specific discussions to be had. You're just shooting the breeze. This is healthy for a team sometimes 5) If it works, do it once a month You could announce this today for next Friday. To give your team a wellbeing boost over the weekend, and something cool to look forward to. Hit reply and tell me if you do this. Last week I chatted to 13 MSPs who replied. From the web: [Mockup ads for different platforms in seconds]( If you do any ads at all and want to see what new messages would look like in seconds, this website is going to be your best friend. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
