Paul's musings: Good habits buy Lamborghinis I'm a proper runner again, after 18 months of knee injury, surgery and recovery. It's great to be back. I'm up to a 5 mile distance and will soon find a half marathon I can do after the summer. (fist bumps himself) One of my best running habits is listening to audiobooks. And this week it seemed right to listen to Atomic Habits for the third time. Have you listened to it? What. A. Book. No wonder it has sold 20 million copies. It's the most real and actionable book on improving your life that's ever been created. It will help you in your MSP as well as at home. Here's a direct quote from the author James Clear I heard this morning "You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems". Which means that wanting it isn't enough. We ALL want success. But the ones who get it are those who set up systems to do the actions that lead to success. To run 3 times a week, I have a system. It includes scheduling runs in my calendar, telling my daughter so I have accountability, leaving out my running gear, and picking new places to run so I feel I'm exploring rather than exercising. This is the kind of system that will help me be healthy into my old age. I believe you can apply this way of working to your marketing.
