Hi {NAME} Welcome to Friday Flywheel, my email to get your MSP's marketing wheel turning and then make it go faster and faster and faster... Paul's musings: You won't believe what you can achieve by Xmas Do I win a special prize for being the first person to mention Christmas 2024? Can you believe that tomorrow morning it will be June. We all thought last year went fast, but this year is going even faster. Or maybe that's just my perception of time speeding up. I always see the start of June as the middle of the year. I know that technically only 42% of 2024 has passed, but if you take out summer vacations and Christmas, we're about halfway through the calendar work year. This weekend I will be reflecting on what I have achieved in my business so far this year, and what I want to achieve in the second half of the year. Will you do the same? As the owners and leaders of the business, it's down to you and me to set out what we want to achieve and then drive the business to do it. This is our number one primary task and the one thing that no one else in the business can do. The good news is that every day is New Year's Day… and what I mean by that is every day you can wake up, be inspired, decide to do something new, and inject new urgency into the business. I build in reflection points like this weekend to remind me to do this. Driving and growing a business is a never-ending task and it's something we need to keep pushing. What would you like to achieve by the end of this year? Hit reply and let me know… last week 17 MSP's replied to this email, and we had a short discussion. It's the real me at the other end and I reply to every email I get.
