Dear MoveOn member, When Robert Mueller testified before Congress today, he underscored that Donald Trump was not exonerated by his investigation, that the reason that Mueller's team did not consider indicting the president was because of the Justice Department policy that forbids indicting a sitting president, that when Trump leaves office he could be charged with obstruction of justice, and that it is up to Congress to hold him accountable before that day. [What should we demand Congress do next?
