(It’ll be another four years before it comes around again) You’re waiting for your flight… Boarding time comes and goes, but no one shows up at your gate (?). In a moment of sheer panic, you realize: you’re in the wrong place! Your plane is fully boarded and preparing for take off, on the other side of the airport. Is this a recurring panic dream that we’re working through in therapy? Yes. Is it a great analogy for where we’re at right now in the crypto market? Also yes. See, global asset markets move in distinct four year cycles: - Central banks inject fresh cash into the market → asset prices spend two years going up - Central banks stem the flow of money → asset prices spend two years going down Ideally, you get in as this fresh cash (aka: liquidity) enters the markets – right before prices take off. [Source: Pinterest]( What’s crazy is… Central bank monetary policy is publicly trackable. Which means – these long term peaks and troughs (where asset prices skyrocket, and inevitably collapse)? They’re predictable. …and over the next 6-12 months, all of the data is pointing towards a massive spike in global asset prices. Hell – over the past week alone, $BTC has moved +14.20% bottom to top. That’s more than the S&P 500 does in the average year (10.628%)!
