Apply to attend here: [( This follows a full-house we had in Bangalore (January 25th) covering definitional issues around intermediaries, conditions for safe harbor, traceability and its challenges and legality, proactive removal, among several other issues. Since the Delhi discussion is being held during the counter-comments stage, so we will have comments filed by various entities to reference as well. We have more than 100 confirmations, and there are limited seats available. This discussion will be held under the Chatham House Rule: you may take notes and report on the content of the discussion without identifying any speaker or their organisation.
