[Tim Melvin's Max Wealth] [A 59,850% Sales Surge Could Be Coming - and Saudi Arabia Just Opened the Floodgates]( [One $8 energy startup]( has sparked an insider frenzy unlike any other. Citibank just upped its stake 2,226%... G.E. and BlackRock are all-in... and Saudi Arabia just signed a 20-year deal to secure five MILLION tons of this resource annually. We anticipate [a takeover bid]( could be in the works before the ink dries on this deal... and only a few opportunities on the ground floor remain. [Go here, and you can see exactly how to take advantage of this opportunity](. --------------------------------------------------------------- July 29, 2019 Max Monday: This Strategy Has Outperformed the Market for the Last 20 Years By Tim Melvin Dear Reader, Happy Monday! It's time to share some things I read this week that I found educational, instructive, or just plain old entertaining that you can take in over lunch or during your beach time. This week we'll get a glimpse into the life of the man who shaped the biggest city in the world, take a look at how small undervalued companies have continuously outperformed the market, a fantastic way to play the Brexit turmoil, and more. Let's get to it... This Week's Worthwhile Books --------------------------------------------------------------- [The Power Broker: Robert Moses and the Fall of New York](- by Robert Caro Whether you love New York City or hate it, Robert Moses is the most responsible for the way the city has developed over the years. Moses oversaw pretty much all New York Housing Authority Projects for many years and favored the current highway system over public transportation. It's thanks to him and his plans for the city that Long Island became the suburb that it is today. He held power in New York from the 1930s to the 1960s and oversaw pretty much all of the expressway and bridges that are still used in the city today. This is a book about unchecked power and the man who many consider the greatest builder in the history of the United States. You can find a copy of this terrific book [here](. [Jimmy Buffett: A Good Life All the Way]( - by Ryan White There's a lot more to Jimmy Buffet than a sun-loving songwriter. He has turned dreams of margaritas and beaches into a business empire worth millions. His empire today includes restaurants, resorts, a beer label, and all sorts of Parrothead-themed merchandise in addition to all the best-selling albums he has out there. There are several life and business lessons in this book, but it's also a fun read about a beach bum millionaire who has lived life pretty much [on his own terms](. --------------------------------------------------------------- This Week's Quick Read Articles [Private Equity: The Emperor Has No Clothes]( This is a nice article that the high-returns earned by leading private equity firms can be replicated using small cap, undervalued stocks. In fact, the authors found that the small cap private equity replication strategy actually outperformed the leading private equity firms from 1988 to 2018. We use a very similar approach here at Max Wealth and in my elite Heatseekers trading research service. You can read more about this article [here](. [Here's a Rich Contrarian Profit Play on the United Kingdom's Brexit Problems]( Money Map's Behavioral Trading Specialist, Garret {NAME}, takes a look at what's going on in the United Kingdom as the grand mess that is Brexit inches closer to completion. A hard Brexit with no agreement with the European Union, could be a disaster for the economy and the markets in the UK but Garret has found a way to profit from the mess right next door in Ireland. He identifies a deeply discounted closed end fund with a solid dividend that could soar as business leaves the UK in favor of the Emerald isle. To read the article, [click here](. [The Cannabis Opportunity]( Meb Faber outlines the case of cannabis investing. He likens buying cannabis-related companies at current levels to buying beer companies right after prohibition. These stocks returned 20% annually for over a decade turning every $1 invested into six. Meb points out the returns from many cannabis stocks have already gained well in excess of that and could keep going. While experts vary on how big the market might get in the years ahead, I suspect that they are too low by a wide margin. I have done a lot of researching and talking to experts at the National Institute for Cannabis Investors (NICI) on the subject, and far more people are using cannabis for medical reasons than just for the fun of it. 11 states have legalized cannabis for recreational use and 33 others currently allow medical marijuana. The pressure of the Fed to legalize cannabis is growing. It's only a matter of time before that happens and many of these stocks will soar in value. You can read Mr. Faber's article [here](. If you'd like to hear more about [NICI](, and how investments in Cannabis Lots can deliver gains of 200%, 500%, and up to 1000% in a matter of days, [click here](. [Colony Capital Goes Digital]( Long time Max Wealth favorite Colony Capital is spending $325 million to buy Digital Bridge Holdings LLC, a leading owner and manger of digital real estate assets like data centers, wireless towers, small cell networks, and fiber. Colony already co-manages a fund with Digital River and the purchase will help Colony pivot into a digital real estate owner and investment manager. That could mean several of the other portfolios of property, including industrial properties could be put up for sale in the near future. Colony should get a huge boost from the rollout of 5G technologies around the globe. [Click here]( to read more about it. To the Max, [ Tim Melvin Here's what else I'm following... --------------------------------------------------------------- [FOUR Extra Paydays Every Year - No Taxes Deducted]( You can cash [an endless stream of oil royalty checks]( designed to get bigger... and bigger... AND BIGGER as oil prices continue to rise - plus, you could earn a profit kicker of up to 548%.
