In fact, it’s quite simple if you just take a moment to adjust your mindset. Because really, philosophy is just curiosity. Curiosity about the world and the people and things that live in it. It’s a channel we use to seek understanding about others and to connect the information we know and live by. And I guarantee you, so many of you are more philosophical in nature than you may think. In this class, I’ll talk about what philosophy is and how you can transform your train of thinking to be more of that of a philosopher. This means thinking deeper and more critically, and living more curiously by constantly asking questions and being on the quest for wisdom. To expand on this, my teaching will evolve around three fundamental questions: What does it mean to be human? What are the forms of love that constitute the best of our humanity? How does community, tradition, and heritage shape and mold our conceptions of who we are as human beings? I will also take you through one of my favorite topics, which is the philosophy of music and all the ways this beautiful form of art is used to share related experiences and emotions, and connect humans from every walk of life. We have a lot to discuss, please join me! [Signature]( [Headshot]( Cornel West MasterClass instructor, philosopher, scholar, and bestselling author [SUBSCRIBE NOW]( [Buy One.
