CEO Marc Benioff said they have the lowest hallucination rate, can reason their way through interactions and be customized by just about anyone. Those are the major AI pain points and sources of disappointment. So people will be watching very, very closely to see if the company delivers. Iâm not dumb enough to bet against Salesforce, but Iâm also glad itâs not my reputation on the line.
