{NAME} – Tonight's results were not what we hoped for. But I stand here proud of everything we've accomplished over the last 8 months. No election result will change our values, our mission, or our desire for change – and I have no doubt that we have made real strides toward achieving all of these. So, from the bottom of my heart: thank you. Thank you to my hardworking staff, my incredible volunteers, and my amazing family who've supported me throughout this entire process. And last but certainly not least, thank you to every single supporter who dialed, knocked on a door, sent a letter of support, amplified our message on social media, or donated. The movement we built together had a meaningful impact; we made sure that critical issues such as gun violence prevention and housing affordability were major topics on the campaign trail. Because of that, we're even more ready to energize community members on behalf of Eugene Vindman — and I will make every effort to make sure he keeps this seat blue in November.
