This can give you better boners than you’ve had in years [Can't see this image? Which isn’t good for rockiness or a man’s lasting power. The good news is -- you can easily reverse the damage from stress hormones using a simple little bathroom trick… And this restores good, long-lasting rockiness again, even if it’s been years. ----Important Message From Jeff---- This “finger crook” method will make her scream your name [Can't see this image? Stress is one of the things that has a major effect on your hormones. I often talk about energetic stress (when the body can’t produce enough energy) altering hormone levels. But physical and psychological stress cause identical changes to the body’s hormones. Any type of stress can lower testosterone, increase estrogen, serotonin and prolactin… All of which can predispose men to common health problems – including rockiness. Researchers have shown that when male rodents become stressed, their hormones change. This leads to structural changes in the protein make-up of the penis. The end result is rockiness problems. [Can't see this image? Click on 'load images' or 'always allow images for this sender'] The animal experiments were carried out at The State University of Rio De Janeiro in Brazil. The findings were published in the Journal of Andrology. The research was designed to look for any changes to penis structure caused by stress. The experiments were carried out on young rats. The researchers split 15 young rats into 2 groups of similar size. One group was subjected to a stress-inducing protocol. The other group of rats lived a normal, low-stress life. This stress protocol involved restraining the animals inside a tube for 2 hours every day. It’s an experimental procedure that has been used many times in science. This type of stress restraint is well known to cause hormonal changes in animals. “Rats assigned to the stressed group were submitted to 2 hours of tube restraint daily, from the 4th to the 9th week of life.” At the end of week 9, all of the animals were sacrificed. The researchers examined the adrenal glands to see if there are changes which might indicate alterations to stress hormone production. “Adrenal mass index and testosterone levels were used to assess the efficacy of the stress stimulus.” The researchers also tested blood testosterone levels and carried out examinations on the penis of all the animals – looking for structural abnormalities. Testosterone levels were lower and adrenal glands weighed more in the animals put through the stress-protocol. This confirms that the protocol was effective at increasing stress and creating a stress-hormonal signature. “Testosterone concentrations decreased and adrenal mass index increased, confirming the effectiveness of the stress protocol.” The first structural factors of the penis that the researchers looked at were smooth muscle fibers of the corpus cavernosum. The corpus cavernosum is the main body of the penis which swells to produce a boner. Stressed animals had significantly reduced smooth muscle fibers – smooth muscle fibers are essential for producing a boner. “Smooth muscle fibres of the corpus cavernosum decreased from 14% in healthy animals to 9% in the stressed group.” Another factor which affects the ability to achieve and maintain rockiness is connective tissue. The penis needs some connective tissue – but an unhealthy penis starts to accumulate excessive connective tissue. This excessive connective tissue prevents the organ from swelling. This is known as fibrosis. There was a significant increase in connective tissue in the penis of the stressed animals – again, predisposing to rockiness problems. “Connective tissue increased from 54% to 65% in healthy versus stressed animals.” Finally, the researchers carried out an analysis of collagen types in the penis. Collagen is an abundant protein in the body – but some types of collagen lead to fibrosis. An overgrowth of type I collagen indicates accelerating fibrosis, something which interferes with rockiness. Stressed animals had significantly more type I collagen in their penis tissues. “There was a higher level of type I collagen in the stressed group compared to the control group.” The research clearly shows that stress can cause rockiness problems… And this is mediated through stress-related changes in hormones. “Stress induced structural changes in the corpus cavernosum of rats suggestive of penile fibrosis may play a role in ‘penile’ dysfunction.” It goes without saying that removing unnecessary life-stress is a good idea. But, as I write about frequently, there are numerous other dietary and supplement factors which could have major effects on how your body responds to stress. Even if you can’t reduce life stress, you can reduce the effects of that stress on your hormones and health. ----Important Message About Fibrosis in the Penis---- This weird little bathroom trick clears fibrosis from the penis [Can't see this image? Click on 'load images' or 'always allow images for this sender'] When fibrosis builds up in the penis, the tiny hair-thin arteries in the penile chambers get blocked off… And this hurts penile blood flow… Making rockiness difficult if not impossible. But the good news is, as soon as you clear this fibrosis out of the penis, rockiness returns… And you’re lasting 20 or 30 minutes easily now. And you’re filling up with so much hot, pumping blood flow that your member looks twice its usual size. So how do you safely reverse penile fibrosis? [I’m using this weird little bathroom trick]( -- it only takes a few seconds and it naturally breaks up the fibrosis for better blood flow and better rockiness in as little as 2 weeks ---------- Daily Medical Discoveries is dedicated to uncovering secret, buried or censored studies that can help men live great lives to 120 and beyond. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
