This hormone inflames the blood vessels and hurts male blood flow ----Important Message From Our Sponsor---- The 1,353 year old secret to all-night penetrating power [Can't see this image? It’s not commonly discussed, but it is a very important hormone for your health. Aldosterone belongs to a group of hormones known as the mineralocorticoid hormones. One of its functions is to control the mineral sodium in our blood -- but it’s also easily influenced by minerals we get from food too. High levels of aldosterone have numerous harmful effects on the body. It’s very damaging to the cardiovascular system -- and as we often see, anything which harms the cardiovascular system also harms the functioning of the penis. So aldosterone is a likely cause of rockiness problems. [Can't see this image? Click on 'load images' or 'always allow images for this sender'] These animal experiments were performed at the Fudan University in Shanghai, China. The results were published in the Asian Journal of Andrology. Aldosterone is released from the adrenal glands. Then it travels through the body looking for mineralocorticoid receptors (MRs). Aldosterone exerts effects on the body when it reaches the mineralocorticoid receptor. In recent years, numerous lines of evidence have implicated aldosterone and mineralocorticoid receptors in rockiness problems. “Emerging evidence indicates that aldosterone and mineralocorticoid receptors are associated with the pathogenesis of ‘penile’ dysfunction.” These experiments were designed to prove or disprove the role of aldosterone in rockiness problems… And also to explain how aldosterone and its receptors could affect the penis. The researchers used tissue from the rat penis. In one experiment, researchers exposed rat penis to aldosterone and looked at the molecular effects. The researchers were looking for molecular effects which are known to be a cause of poor rockines. In particular, they looked at something called NF-κB. NF-κB is a protein which causes inflammation. This inflammation damages the blood vessels of the penis making it near impossible to maintain a strong boner. The study showed that aldosterone increases inflammation in the main body of the penis. By increasing NF-κB, aldosterone increases inflammation which damages blood vessels and causes ED. “NF-κB levels were higher after aldosterone treatment.” The researchers then tried a similar experiment -- but this time they blocked the mineralocorticoid receptors. These experiments did not show the same increase in inflammation in the penis. This shows that the effect of aldosterone on rockiness problems only happens when it activates the mineralocorticoid receptors. “Knockdown of mineralocorticoid receptors prevented activation of the NF-κB pathway.” This mechanism may be important to Big Pharma -- but there are simpler ways to get control of the aldosterone levels and decrease the risk of poor rockiness. Aldosterone increases inflammation in the corpus cavernosum -- the large body which swells with blood in the firm penis. “Aldosterone has an inflammatory effect in the corpus cavernosum of the penis.” This increase in inflammation damages the critical blood vessels which allow the penis to swell with blood. “These data reveal the possible role of aldosterone in ‘penile’ dysfunction as well as its potential as a novel pharmacologic target for treatment.” Of course, the scientific research is often funded by Big Pharma -- so they want to create a treatment which will prevent the effects of aldosterone on the penis. Those treatments are not yet available, and aldosterone has similar degenerative effects all throughout the body. It makes far more sense to nip the problem in the bud -- by keeping your aldosterone levels under control in the first place. There are a large number of factors which control the production of aldosterone. I think one of the most common reasons guys have high aldosterone is because they don’t get enough sodium -- the primary source of which is salt. Simply eating enough salt could prevent aldosterone-related rockiness problems. I eat to taste -- I salt my food according to what my body tells me is best. In other cases it may take a little bit more work -- but it’s quite possible to control aldosterone with easy, painless dietary changes. ----Important Message for Better Penile Blood Flow---- This increases blood flow to the penis When the blood vessels in the male body are inflamed and swollen, less blood can pass through. And the first place men notice this blood flow issue is down there… It hurts penile blood flow and makes rockiness poor if not impossible. Eventually, this blood flow issue will hurt the other organs in the body, even the heart. But if you can open up these blood vessels -- if you can reduce the inflammation and make the blood vessels wide open and flexible again… [Can't see this image? Click on 'load images' or 'always allow images for this sender'] ...you can improve blood flow and even increase how much blood is getting to your member… And that’s the secret to getting big, veiny, engorged hard-ons. So now I’m using [this simple Vasodilation method -- it relaxes the blood vessels all over the body, even in the penis, for better male blood flow]( ---------- Daily Medical Discoveries is dedicated to uncovering secret, buried or censored studies that can help men live great lives to 120 and beyond. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
