Strange but true...and here’s what you can do about it Strange but true...and here’s what you can do about it ----Important Message---- Are you eating these 5 foods? They boost male blood flow [Can't see this image? Click on 'load images' or 'always allow images for this sender'] I studied a lot of different foods before I found the best ones for male blood flow. I was looking for foods that can clear plaque that blocks up the blood vessels. Foods that can restore flexibility to the blood vessels for better blood flow. And eventually I found [5 simple foods]( that do all of this and more for male blood flow. (They even boost things down there!) ---------- Warning: this kind of bedroom noise hurts male blood flow If you have experienced noisy interruptions when trying to sleep, you know how irritating it can be. Nighttime noise is associated with increased risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes. Sometimes people don’t even know that their sleep is being so badly affected by noise. This study looked at the effect of nighttime noise on endothelial function. Endothelial dysfunction is believed to lead to atherosclerosis -- implicated in tens of thousands of deaths per year. A noisy bedroom could be killing you. [Can't see this image? Click on 'load images' or 'always allow images for this sender'] The study was conducted at the Department of Medicine II, University Medical Center, Johannes Gutenberg University, Mainz, Germany. The results were published in the European Heart Journal. Many large studies have shown the association between noisy sleep disturbance and increased risk of lethal diseases. “Long-term noise exposure is associated with increases in the prevalence of hypertension and an overall increased risk for heart attack.” This paper reports on a human study looking for the mechanisms by which nighttime noise increases risk of cardiac and endothelial disease. “The exact mechanisms responsible for these cardiovascular effects remain unclear.” The research was done under very controlled circumstances. People were subject to a hearing test prior to the study to make sure that they could be disturbed by nighttime noise. The participants were given portable audio systems with speakers set up near the bed. The audio system played one of three recordings during the night: - One of the recordings was completely silent. - A second recording contained 30 random sequences of aircraft noise and some random background noise. - The final recording contained 60 random sequences of aircraft noise and some background noise. The recordings were set up to simulate the noise from aircraft flying overhead. “We performed a blinded field study in 75 healthy volunteers who were exposed to no noise or one of two different noise scenarios - 30 or 60 aircraft noise events per night.” All of the participants were randomly assigned to each of the recordings on different nights. They all experienced each recording once. The tests were not run on consecutive nights. The participants were hooked up to polygraph machines to analyse their sleep quality. Nighttime noises caused a deterioration in sleep quality. “We performed polygraphy during each study night. Noise caused a worsening in sleep quality.” Flow-mediated dilatation is the standard way of testing for endothelial dysfunction. The participants attended a lab that the day after the sleep experiments and doctors performed flow mediated dilation tests. The noisiest experiment caused an increase in risk of endothelial dysfunction and atherosclerosis. “Noise-60 caused a blunting in flow-mediated dilatation.” When people were exposed to progressively noisier recordings, the risk factors increased further. “Blunting in flow mediated dilation was particularly evident when subjects were exposed first to 30 and then to 60 noise events.” After experiencing nighttime noise previously people were more susceptible to negative effects during the next noisy night. The study also found that exposure to nighttime noise increased morning adrenaline levels. Adrenaline is a stress hormone that causes anxiety and increases blood pressure (blood pressure was not measured in this study). “Morning adrenaline concentration increased from 28 to 33.” Nighttime noise is a risk for endothelial dysfunction and atherosclerosis. “In healthy adults, nighttime noise exposure dose-dependently impairs endothelial function and stimulates adrenaline release.” Scientists believe that nighttime noise causes stress, which leads to increased free radicals. Free radicals travel around the body and cause damage to cells and DNA. Vitamin C is one of many supplements that can mop up these free radicals and prevent any damage they may cause. Scientists found that vitamin C could reverse the endothelial dysfunction caused by nighttime noise. “Noise-induced endothelial dysfunction was reversed by the administration of Vitamin C.” The scientists tested 2000mg of vitamin C. This is quite a hefty dose and could cause diarrhea in people who are not used to it. The study shows that it is critical to have a quiet sleep environment. Earplugs can be helpful in moderately noisy environments -- molded earplugs work best. ----Important Message---- Special form of SUPER vitamin C increases penile blood flow [Can't see this image? Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
