And making it bigger...a new angle to size -------Important Message------ Do you know how oil congeals into a hard-to-clean mess on leftover plates? [10-14-IMG-1]( can't see this image? Click on "load images" or "always allow images for this sender" The same thing happens inside the body of mature men... ...most men over 45 have slower, colder metabolisms and the toxic oils could stay there for years, building up into huge globs. No wonder these men can’t lose weight and feel exhausted and weighed down - it’s from the years of eating toxic oils! But when you warm up the plate, by putting it under hot water - the oil melts and comes right off… ...and the toxic oils in a man’s body melt the same way when he increases his metabolism. To increase metabolism, I make [this simple drink]( that flushes out all of that nasty, old oil residue from my system. The drink warms up and speeds up my metabolism and all that nasty oil is gone within a day. Once you try it, you’ll be shocked at how much weight you lose and how much energy you have - and stamina enough for the young ladies in your life! [10-14-IMG-1]( can't see this image? (body mass index) Once we get into middle age, our brain starts to slow down. Scientists and doctors call this cognitive decline. Of course, some degree of cognitive decline seems to be baked into the cake. But in some cases cognitive decline can become accelerated – leading to dementias such as Alzheimer’s disease. Scientists are very interested in lifestyle factors that can affect the rate of cognitive decline. A number of studies have looked at body weight and found conflicting reports about the effect of body fat on cognitive function. A new study shows that belly fat, specifically, is a strong risk factor for accelerated cognitive decline. [10-14-IMG-2] can't see this image? Click on "load images" or "always allow images for this sender" This human research was conducted at the School of Medicine, Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. The results were published in the British Journal of Nutrition. Research into the effect of body fat levels on cognitive function has resulted in contradictory reports. Some studies show that carrying more fat may be protective against cognitive decline. “Previous reports investigating body fat and cognitive function allude to a negative association, although the relationship in older adults is unclear.” This particular study looked at the effect of body fat and waist-to-hip ratio to learn more about the effect of body fat and belly fat on the aging brain. “The aim of this study was to investigate the association of BMI and waist/hip ratio with cognitive function in community-dwelling older adults.” Over 5,000 men and women were recruited into the study. They were assessed through standard psychological examinations to find out their cognitive function. “Participants included 5,186 adults from the Trinity Ulster Department of Agriculture aging cohort study.” Statistical analysis showed that belly fat was a far greater risk for poor cognitive function than BMI. “In this study of older adults, central adiposity was a stronger predictor of poor cognitive performance than BMI.” BMI is an acronym for body mass index. It is often used to assess whether somebody is overweight or obese. BMI takes the person’s weight in kilograms (or pounds) and divides it by the square of their height. But BMI is a very rough measurement… It does not take muscle and bone mass into account. And BMI does not look at where fat is deposited. Belly fat has two major causes... The first cause of belly fat is hormonal – an increase in cortisol and a decrease in testosterone. The second cause of belly fat is leaky gut. Bacteria leaks from the gut into the surrounding area and this bacteria leads to inflammation and swells up the belly. But these bacteria also circulate in the blood and affect the brain. And both hormones and bacterial inflammation are known to be strong factors in changing brain function. These are why belly fat is more associated with cognitive decline than BMI. The authors of the study believe that losing weight, particularly around the waist, could lower the risk of accelerated cognitive decline. “Older adults could benefit from health strategies aimed at reducing obesity and obesogenic risk factors to avoid/prevent/slow cognitive dysfunction.” The measuring tape is more useful than the scales... ...for people tracking their weight loss progress. In recent years, scientists have discovered that type II diabetes and Alzheimer’s could be caused by leaky gut syndrome. Leaky gut syndrome also causes an increase in belly fat. Thousands of experiments have been done in animals looking at the effects of leaky gut syndrome. To create leaky gut syndrome in research animals, scientists usually feed them a high-fat diet. The high-fat diet changes the bacteria in the gut. This change in bacteria is linked to increased leaking in the gut. Once the bacteria leaks into the bloodstream, it causes problems such as belly fat, obesity, cognitive decline, and Alzheimer’s disease. A lower-fat diet may minimize belly fat and lower the risk of cognitive decline. You should always consult a healthcare professional about treating and diagnosing health problems. ----Curious about more testosterone naturally?---- How fixing gut problems this way raises testosterone Most men have a belly FULL of bad bacteria. These bad bacteria secrete serotonin and other stress chemicals that literally shrink the T-producing cells in the testicles. There are studies where they transplant bacteria to a ordinary man suffering “rockiness” problems, and he recovers his “rockiness” as soon as his gut is re-populated with the good bacteria. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
