When I was building my business on the side, I would sleep in as long as I could before I had to rush off for work. These days, I don’t “start” my day until 8, 9, or 10 am. Even though it goes against every productivity expert’s advice, I know I’ll get more done even if I technically have less time to work - because I’m refreshed from getting the sleep I need. That’s just one small tip, but the principle applies to pretty much everything I do.
