We had a Team Slotkin meeting where it became clear that if we had a bit more money, we could make a real play for additional votes as voting was underway across the state. The money wasnât in the budget. But I gave the green light. Itâs a risk. But this is the moment to take some risks. Iâve had similar moments in prior years. We canât get caught short when people are already casting their ballots in this election. That'd be a mistake.
