Vance, Echoing Donald Trump, is claiming he's alright with abortion pills' with Lucas' commentary]( [DEFEAT JOSH HAWLEY]( {NAME}, Josh Hawley’s anti-freedom record on reproductive rights is the most extreme of any member of the U.S. Senate. [screengrab of Josh Hawley on television with the caption 'abortion ruling empowers women']( [DEFEAT JOSH HAWLEY]( It all started years ago, when Hawley led arguments in the Hobby Lobby case that sought to restrict access to contraceptives. The Guardian recently exposed that Hawley’s legal argument from that case — that contraception “may induce an abortion by preventing implantation of a fertilized egg” — served as the foundation for the IVF ruling in Alabama that now threatens access to IVF in states with fetal “personhood” laws like Missouri. Hawley even co-sponsored a federal version of that “personhood” law, that puts IVF access at risk nationwide. [The Guardian article headline stating that Hawley's anti-abortion argumentsled to shutdowns of IVF]( Then, there was the Dobbs case that overturned Roe v. Wade. It was a direct result of work by Josh Hawley’s wife and a shadowy, billionaire-funded group of activist attorneys. Hawley used his taxpayer-funded office to support their legal work. Moments after the Dobbs decision came down, Missouri became the first state to outlaw abortion — and Hawley bragged about how he got the justices on the court to make it happen. Weeks later, Josh Hawley co-sponsored a national abortion ban in the Senate. [Southeastern Missourian article with headline 'Hawley family played a key role in the recently overturned Roe v Wade Supreme Court case]( [DEFEAT JOSH HAWLEY]( Last year, that same group of activist attorneys and a corporate judge tried to ban the most commonly used abortion pill, mifepristone, nationwide. Josh Hawley’s wife led the suit. The judge was a campaign donor Josh Hawley confirmed to the court. [Vanity Fair article with headline 'Erin Morrow Hawley is leading the charge to ban abortion medication. She's also Josh Hawley's wife.' with photos of Josh Hawley and Texas federal judge.]( To Josh Hawley, the effort to end reproductive freedom nationwide is all in the family business. And this November, we’re going to defeat him. [So {NAME}, if you’re ready to codify Roe and finally protect reproductive freedom in all 50 states, will you please rush a donation of any amount toward Lucas Kunce’s grassroots campaign today?]( If you've stored your info with ActBlue Express, we'll process your contribution instantly: [Contribute $10]( [Contribute $25]( [Contribute $30]( [Contribute $50]( [Contribute $100]( [Contribute $250]( [Give another amount]( Lucas is on a mission to replace Josh Hawley so we can end these Big Brother attacks on reproductive freedom and take back our power from control-obsessed politicians like Hawley. He’s committed to codifying Roe v. Wade and protecting reproductive healthcare in all 50 states so working people can finally make decisions about their own bodies, families, and lives. But he can’t do it without your help: [So {NAME}, will you help us take back power from politicians like Hawley and protect reproductive rights nationwide by rushing a donation of any amount today?
