Let's say you're an advertising agency and you'd like to emulate the success of Publicis, WPP, Omnicom, Dentsu, etc. Multi-billion dollar companies. The simplest thing you can do is fire up your favorite LLM (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) and give it this prompt: "You are an expert on multi-billion dollar agencies. What are the multi-billion dollar agency holding companies like WPP, Omnicom, Dentsu, and Publicis doing that smaller agencies aren't doing?" And in a few seconds, you'll understand the things that they're doing that you aren't: - M&A - Integrating services - Sharing resources - Top talent development and acquisition - Investment in technologies and tools - and much more After you get a list of all the strategies, you simply have to ask yourself what you're capable of doing given your current resources. Then you can bucket out the strategies for different levels. At 7-figures, you can do ABC. At 8-figures, you can do DEF. At 9-figures, you can do GHI. The 🔑 is to understand that people no smarter than you have been deploying these strategies for ages. You just needed to educate yourself and then prioritize. Then do it better than them.
