A lot. For example, I've been podcasting for about 11 years. I've done a lot of interviews, a lot of solo episodes, and a lot of duo episodes. Over time, content formats become stale. Half-baked ideas fail to gain any traction. For example, I believe that interview podcasts are becoming stale and it's very much a red ocean. Everyone is asking the same questions and everyone is booking the same guests. People are tired of the same format and the same ideas. When this happens, you must zig when others are zagging. In 2023, MrBeast focused on $1 vs $ XXX format videos. E.g. $1 vs $1,000,000,000 house or $1 vs $100,000,000 yacht. In 2024, he's focusing more on content such as 'Ages 1 - 100 - Decide Who Wins $250,000?' Not only has his ideas changed, but he has also changed his content format from 10-15 minute highly edited spectacles to longer form 30-45 minute episodes that involve storytelling and character development. The practical solution is to always be slightly ahead of the curve, which means to be paranoid because, well, only the paranoid survive. How I Can Help You If you enjoy this newsletter and would like to collaborate with me, there are a few options available: - You can apply to work with my marketing agency ([link]() - You can join my Skool community for agency owners ([link]() Interested in working at Single Grain?
