We are happy to announce that the Launch School workshops are back once again with the first two workshops in our series: [Command Line]( & [Overcoming Study Blocks at Launch School](. Our workshops are specifically designed to support Launch School Prep students and aim to ease your journey into the Core Curriculum. Because learning to code can be a little intimidating, we've designed sessions to be engaging, practical, and supportive, to help you gain the confidence and skills you need to succeed. Tuesday, September 17th at 6pm US Eastern, JD will host “Introduction to Command Line.” You’ll learn the basics of the command line interface to leave behind drag-and-drop and enter the world of programming. [Register Here]( Thursday, September 19th at 6pm US Eastern, Brenno will host “Overcoming Study Blocks at Launch School,” where you’ll discuss three common issues that hinder progress for new students, and how to overcome them. [Register Here]( Our workshop presenters at Launch School know how challenging the early stages of Launch School can be, especially if it’s your first time working with code. To get a better sense of what to expect from Launch School and make your transition into programming a little easier, we hope you join us. Workshops are free and all are welcome to attend! Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
