We have you covered. ? ? I invited my parents to visit the Thunder on the River car show with me

We have you covered.   [Palmer Museum of Art](   [666dc35792abd image] I invited my parents to visit the Thunder on the River car show with me and my partner last Saturday, June 15. It featured more than 500 cars, and was a great time (albeit a little warm). Photo credit to Andy Blackburn, LNP Photographer. Keep cool this weekend! I'm Mickayla Miller, a reporter at LNP|LancasterOnline. I spend hours every week combing through entertainment options to curate the best local weekend options for our readers. Whether you're looking for a night out on the town this weekend, or prefer a more laid-back experience, we have this week's highlights from Lancaster County's entertainment scene, plus what has me excited in the world of entertainment this week. Here's the Scoop. [6498cbc5629a4 image] The Celtic Fling kicks off Friday. Robert and Samantha Nunn, of Sellersville, dance to Albannach's performance in this 2023 file photo. For more things to do, [check out our events calendar](. Here's what I'm loving. "Hades" is a video game where the main character, Zagreus, tries to escape from the Underworld. (Photo credit to IGDB) 'Hades' I finally beat "Baldur's Gate 3," and picked up "Hades" while deciding what my next time-sink of a video game may be. "Hades" is a roguelike RPG, where you play as Zagreus, the son of Hades. You go through procedurally generated dungeon rooms in hopes of escaping the Underworld. It relies heavily on Greek mythology, though it would be plenty fun even for those who aren't acquainted with the topic. It reminds me of one of my favorite, semi-obscure video games for the PlayStation 2, "Atelier Iris 2: The Azoth of Destiny," as they both have beautiful background designs and character art. While I'm not very far into "Hades" yet, I anticipate it being a blast. Did we spot you? [666e103cb5375 image] Our photographers are always out and about. Did we see you at any of these Lancaster County events? - Lancaster Pride Festival [returned to the Lancaster County Convention Center]( last Saturday, with drag performances, vendors and more. - Thunder on the River [brought more than 500 cars to Columbia]( with proceeds benefitting the Columbia Lions Club. - The Crispus Attucks Community Center [hosted a Juneteenth community mixer]( Sunday.
