OSCR360 Eligible for Grant: 2024 OVW Fiscal Year 2024 Rural Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault and Stalking Program The Rural Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, and Stalking Program (Rural Program) (CFDA# 16.589) supports efforts to enhance the safety of rural victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking and supports projects uniquely designed to address and prevent these crimes in rural areas. OSCR360's effectiveness at capturing scenes and walking a jury through them is uniquely beneficial for domestic violence and similar crimes. These cases can be notoriously difficult to prosecute due to lack of physical evidence. Additionally, OSCR360 can help speak to seriousness of a situation and put juries, judges, and attorneys into the victim's shoes.
