Before I ran for Congress, before I served in the Arizona legislature, before I taught at the U of A

Before I ran for Congress, before I served in the Arizona legislature, before I taught at the U of A (Go Cats!), before I worked as an environmental lawyer cleaning up contaminated waste sites and holding corporate polluters accountable — I worked as a National Park Ranger. Hi Robert, We have three days until Election Day — and it’s been your incredible grassroots support that has helped our campaign keep up with my opponent’s out-of-state money. [We can’t risk falling behind. Can you chip in now?]( I’ve had a lot of different jobs — and much of my career has been focused on protecting the environment. But looking back, one stands out as a favorite. Before I ran for Congress, before I served in the Arizona legislature, before I taught at the U of A (Go Cats!), before I worked as an environmental lawyer cleaning up contaminated waste sites and holding corporate polluters accountable — I worked as a National Park Ranger. Our national parks are essential sanctuaries for local wildlife and ecosystems. They preserve some of the country's most beautiful places. And they’re the best kind of classroom for learning about conservation in the natural world. But protecting our environment goes beyond those public lands. It means cleaning up pollution in our neighborhoods, protecting our water future, and investing in clean energy that lowers costs and brings good jobs to our state. With the Supreme Court gutting the EPA’s ability to enforce environmental regulations, it’s more important than ever to have voices in Congress fighting for clean air, clean water, and public lands. That’s exactly what I’ll do. My opponent, on the other hand, has voted against clean energy jobs and accepted checks from Big Oil. [Robert, we only have three days until the election. Every bit makes a difference — can you donate now?]( If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately: [DONATE $5]( [DONATE $25]( [DONATE $100]( [DONATE $10]( [DONATE $50]( [DONATE OTHER]( Thank you so much, Kirsten   Kirsten is a mom, an environmental attorney, and a former State Legislator who has spent the past six years fighting to restore funding to public schools, protect Arizona's natural resources, and make our communities safer. She’s ready to take that fight to Washington to find common-sense solutions to the challenges we’re facing here in Arizona's Sixth Congressional District. In 2022, Kirsten lost her race by one of the smallest margins in the country.
