The waters are bloody with competition. It’s fierce. A red ocean. Here’s a chilling warning from Shopify’s vice president… [image]() Yet most ecom business owners are still scratching around with the turkeys. Instead of flying high with the Eagles. Whaddaya mean Captain Suby? Well, they’re feverishly tryna lower CAC. Increase conversion rates. Increase ROAS. Sounds like a sensible thing to do, right? It’s madness. Utter stupidity. A poor man's circus. Cos there’s a tsunami rising… So high it will darken the sky. And I’ve been warning business owners about this for years. Nike has just announced it expects DTC to drive 60% of revenue by 2025. Ho-lee-sh*t balls. That’d be around $40B in online sales. (no small boy stuff) Making ‘em one of the biggest DTC brands in the world. And where do ya think the shoe behemoth is gonna drive that growth? Hmmmmm, lemme see. Maybe word of mouth? Oh, oh, oh. I got it! They’re gonna roll out a new shiny retargeting strategy. *sigh* Look. They spend $3.85B per year on advertising. And 60-70% of that will be coming online. And do ya really think the execs over there are optimising for day 1 ROAS? Nope. They’re brand-building. Buying up customers at mass scale. Who repeat buy. They ain’t stopping ads when ROAS dips for a day. Because they understand the bigger picture. Buying customers. Not making sales. Heck, the average person will buy 92 pairs of shoes over their lifetime. That’s the war they’re trying to win. And it’s not just Nike. It’s everywhere. In every sector. The game has changed. And unless you have a laser focus on your full-funnel metrics. Life is about to become very hard for you, amigo. You can’t fight the rising seas in your ads manager. The war is won on the full funnel and LTV. And after generating $2 billion+ in sales for our clients. We know exactly how to do just that. It’s how we helped Koala Mattress go from $0→ 13 million in 12 months. Plus countless others. We’re arming the rebels. And wanna help you carve out your slice of the pie. So, if you run an ecom biz… Doing more than 40k per month. We might be able to help you get to 100k/pm. Maybe even 1m per month. Without doing any of the usual horseshit peddled by ad experts. Or praying to the internet gawds that things get easier. And it all starts with you… [Gently caressing this shiny blue link.](=) And booking a call with my team. We’ll run you through what’s working right now. Using our 6-step ‘Black Tiger’ optimisation system. That scales ecom businesses to the f*cking moon. Even post iOS 14. [You can do that here.]() Q4 is what makes or breaks ecom businesses. Don’t wait. Act now. Speak soon. Captain Suby P.S. Oh dear, oh dearie me. Here you are…still reading without clicking. Look, {NAME}. Seeds of doubt grow into forests of inaction. And the biggest quarter for ecom has just begun. Now is the time to act. And gear up for a monster Q4. [Let’s chat]() about how to make it your biggest one yet.
